EASF Begins After-Action Review of “Bahari Salama” Maritime Exercise in Djibouti

Djibouti City, 18 October 2025 – The Eastern Africa Standby Force (EASF) has officially launched a three-day After-Action Review (AAR) following the successful completion of the regional maritime command post exercise “Bahari Salama”.

Held at the Escale Hotel in Djibouti City, the review brings together military leaders, planners, observers, and technical experts from across Eastern Africa to reflect on the lessons learned from the 18-day operation.
