Le Directeur de l'EASF rencontre le Vice-Président des Seychelles
Le Directeur de la Force en Attente de l'Afrique de l'Est (EASF), le Général de Brigade (à la retraite) Paul Kahuria Njema, a rendu une visite de courtoisie à S.E. Ahmed Afif, Vice-président de la République des Seychelles, le 17 Mai 2024.
Eastern Africa Standby Force in Seychelles for the CSO Peace Seminar
The EASF in partnership with the Government of Seychelles and the National Platform for Civil Society (CEPS) joined forces in organizing a three-day seminar targeting youth leaders from various structures including youth NGOs. The Seminar seeks to sensitize young people on the essence of maintaining peace in the Eastern Africa Region as well as on the entire African continent.
EASF Conducts its Friends Meeting in Nairobi
The Eastern Africa Standby Force (EASF) organised a Friends of EASF (FoE) Meeting on 9th May at the Trademark Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya. Defence Attachés (DAs) and Advisors from various Diplomatic Missions accredited to Kenya, including Representatives from EASF Member States, attended the Meeting.
HANDS Member States Mapping Capabilities Workshop in Kigali Rwanda
The Eastern Africa Standby Force (EASF) launched a five-day workshop for mapping Member States capabilities for Humanitarian Action and Natural disasters (HANDS) on 25th March 2024 in Kigali, Rwanda.
