EASF and Danish Police Discuss Collaboration

The Eastern African Standby Force (EASF) led by its Director Brig (Rtd) Paul Kahuria Njema, hosted a Meeting with a Delegation from the Danish National Police. The Meeting discussed potential future collaboration in capacity building, peace and security support, cyber security and Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV).

The EASF Director emphasized the necessity of developing training that aligns with forthcoming advancements, highlighting the rapid changes and the need to prepare for them.

Poul Bjerregaard, Head of Section International Police Cooperation in the Danish National Police, expressed his admiration for the capabilities developed and achievements made by EASF in peace and security.

Following the Meeting, both parties reaffirmed their commitment to continued communication and cooperation.
