Head of the Eastern Africa Standby Force Election Observer Mission Meets the Rwandan Minister of Defense

On July 14, 2024, the Rwandan Minister of Defense, Hon. Juvenal MARIZAMUNDA, received the Head of the Eastern Africa Standby Force Election Observer Mission, Ambassador Kennedy Mokaya, alongside the Vice-Chair of EASF Panel of Elders, Ambassador Mwenyesha Mrugai, and the Deputy Head of Mission, Mr. Bacar Ali Said.

During the meeting, Ambassador Mokaya officially informed the Minister of Defense that the EASF- EOM mission in Rwanda had commenced its duties. In response, the Minister of Defense warmly welcomed the mission and wished them success.
